What You’ll Be Serving Up:

The primary purpose of the Rapid Restaurant Rebound Team (RRRT) Leader is to drive operational excellence by creating a culture focused on developing YUM! leaders and building strong foundational skills across restaurant teams. This role is crucial in reducing operational stress during critical periods, such as new RGM onboarding or operational breakdowns, by providing hands-on support, training, and guidance.

As a Multi-Brand Lead Trainer and New Restaurant Opening Expert, the RRRT Leader ensures seamless training and support across different YUM! brands, sharing best practices and setting high standards from the outset. The role provides a rapid boost to underperforming operations, strengthening team dynamics and raising the bar on restaurant standards. Through targeted interventions and a commitment to excellence, the RRRT Specialist helps elevate the restaurant experience for both team members and guests, fostering a sustainable and high-performing culture across all units

• Manage the Rapid Restaurant Rebound Team, focusing on effective execution of restaurant openings, turnarounds, and recertifications.
• Rapid boost to underperforming operations strengthening the team foundation.
• Lead training and development initiatives to build team capabilities.
• New Restaurant Opening Experts! Multi-brand Lead Trainer.
• Reduce the “stress” of operations in critical periods (Ops Breakdowns, New RGM in position)
• Be the guardian of perfect product and operation quality.
• Create a culture of developing YUM! Leaders

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience         

• Minimum of 12 months experience in restaurant or retail operations management. 
• Experience in training ATM preferable 
• Proven track record of leading a successful business or turnaround projects 

Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant management tools.
