Our PCU bridges critical care and medical-surgical services, caring for patients who require close monitoring and advanced nursing skills—while still allowing time to build meaningful patient connections.</div><div> The LPN provides direct patient care to individuals with complex medical conditions requiring close monitoring and specialized nursing support. Working collaboratively with registered nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members, the LPN assists with patient assessments, administers medications and treatments within scope of practice, monitors patient status, documents care accurately, and helps ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
