Business Development Manager (US)

Business Development, especially at an early-stage startup, covers a wide spectrum of work from lead generation and management, marketing, and public relations to fundraising. Gauss Labs is looking for a business development manager with more focus on digital marketing and communications. Responsibilities

• Support developing strategic business plans through market research on the latest trends and initiatives in the industrial AI market and advanced manufacturing industry, especially the semiconductor market
• Manage sales ops activities, collaborating with sales, finance, legal, and other related functions
• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive quality traffic to Gauss Labs’s online channels (website, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop marketing content and PR articles promoting Gauss Labs’s brand and products
• Plan and execute participating in offline marketing events such as SEMICON West

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or PR in IT or manufacturing industry
• Excellent writer with experience creating marketing content or articles, demonstrating the ability to explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand language
• Excellent research and analytical skills, able to draw insights from data and information
• Project management skills in a fast-paced, changing environment, working cross-functionally
• Strong interest in industrial AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing websites
• Knowledge in SEO, social media analytics, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail with experience handling operational tasks
