Additional information:

With a starting salary of £23,500 and once qualified you can expect to earn an OTE package of circa £60,000.

The start date for our next trainee programme is

14th October 2024

Successful completion of the 14-month apprenticeship will provide eligibility to register as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

 Hearing Aid Dispenser Level-5 Apprenticeship- A work-based programme provides guaranteed employment as a Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) with Hidden Hearing upon successful registration with the HCPC.

Selection Process: Will take place during August and September 2024 – Initial stages of selection process will take place online. You will be required to complete online literacy and numeracy assessments, followed by a face-to-face interview and an open day at our training facility.

What we will offer you:

As a Trainee HAD, on the way to being a fully qualified, you will receive:

  • A basic starting salary of £23,500 (plus London weighting allowance in and around the M25)
  • Increasing on HCPC registration to £37,000+ basic with Commission and Bonus (OTE £60k+)
  • Fully funded training (including accommodation for residential elements of the course & meal allowance)
  • Company car or car allowance (from 35 weeks)
  • Private Health Insurance (12m qualifying period)
