In doing so, we offer our customers all the essential services related to real estate: from finding the dream property to securing suitable financing and even energy consulting.</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Responsibility:</strong> You will actively assist in the preparation of consolidated and interim financial statements in accordance with IFRS and ensure compliance with international standards.<br/>  </li><li><strong>#quality:</strong> You will review the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of our national and international subsidiaries, as well as on a group level, to ensure adherence to IFRS guidelines.<br/>  </li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> You maintain close contact with our CFO, internal stakeholders, tax advisors, and auditors to ensure smooth financial processes.<br/>  </li><li><strong>Compliance:</strong> You will ensure compliance with IFRS guidelines and stay informed about new developments and changes in financial reporting.<br/>  </li><li><strong>Support:</strong> You will assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.<br/>  </li><li><strong>Project work:</strong> You will participate in special projects and conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>What we expect:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Academic background:</strong> You have a degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or a related field.<br/>  </li><li><strong>Work experience:</strong> You have relevant professional experience in accounting or auditing, ideally with a focus on IFRS (IASB) and HGB. Experience in multinational companies or auditing firms is an advantage.<br/>  </li><li><strong>Analytical skills:</strong> You have a strong affinity for numbers, an analytical, process-oriented approach to work, and you demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.<br/>  </li><li><strong>Language skills:</strong> You communicate confidently in English.<br/>  </li><li><strong>Technical skills:</strong> You are proficient with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.<br/>  </li><li><strong>#oneteam:</strong> You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.<br/>  </li><li><strong>Working hours:</strong> This position is part-time with a workload of 20 hours per week.<br/>  </li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p>What we all build on together.
