THE JOB:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the management team in achieving store objectives, and ensuring that service standards consistently align with departmental and property goals.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Implement cost control measures, including shrink reduction and inventory monitoring

• Foster a highly engaged and effective team through regular observations, coaching, feedback, and recognition

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions and embracing calculated risks

• Maintain accountability for store visual standards, merchandising execution, and overall cleanliness of the store and stockroom.

• Enhance financial performance by refining selling techniques and increasing profitability

• Uphold the S.H.O.W. service principles to reinforce company culture and deliver exceptional guest experiences
   

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for clear and effective communication

• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and work under time constraints with keen attention to detail

• Has previous retail management experience in a similar resort setting (preferred)

• Must be able to work holidays and weekends
