Job Description
We’re currently looking for an Employer Brand Consultant to help us improve and strengthen our Employer Brand in the international labor market.
The primary purpose of this role is to analyze where we are now, advise on where we should strive to be, and help us build a strategy on how to get there!
Team:
Employer Brand Consultant will mostly work with the recruiting department, mainly with the Recruiting Marketing Manager and the Director of Global Recruitment.
They will also need to cooperate with the Marketing and Employee Experience departments, as well as specific employees within the company to conduct the necessary research.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct external audit to understand current perception of the company's employer brand by candidates and the international community
- Conduct an internal audit to analyze and define current perception of the company's employer brand by its employees
- Define what an ideal employer brand image for the company should be
- Develop a detailed strategy on how the current employer brand image should be improved
- Advise on how the overall employer brand strategy should be adjusted based on the region and country where the company is represented
- Define the main channels of the employer brand promotion and develop a strategy for promotional activities specific to each region
- Advise on the structure and division of responsibilities for the employer brand team
- Provide support with any matters related to the employer brand management
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related fields is required
- 5+ years of experience in the employer brand management and promotion (preferably in the IT field)
- Experience in building an employer brand from scratch
- Experience working with international companies and specific regions (such as India, EMEA, North America, and Latin America)
- Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Ability to envision a big picture and break it down into small, tactical tasks
- Excellent people and communication skills, ability to serve as a liaison between various people and departments
- Solution-oriented approach, can-do attitude
