The Opportunity
Marvell BroadBand Analog (BBA) product group is the industry leader that supplies transimpedance (TIA) and Optical Driver products for building fiber optical communication system into Hyperscale Clouds and AI networks worldwide.Job Responsibilities:
This position reports to the AVP of the BBA business unit and will focus on leading a team to set strategy, work with engineering to define products and promote Marvell BBA products. Responsibility may include, but are not limited to:
- Have rich knowledge on optical module and optical transmission system architectures, can understand customers’ system requirements and consolidate into Marvell product definitions, can understand industry evolution trend and associated requirements on technology, can make judgments on the right direction for new products to go. Lead the organization in defining winning product roadmap and strategy.
- Lead the team to build customer relationship across all levels of the organization.
- Manage the entire product life-cycle from product concept to product end of life. Present roadmap and product plan and wining support at all levels of the organization.
- Be responsible for new product definition aligned to potential market applications. Generate the product marketing requirement document (MRD).
- Lead the cross-functional team in the execution to ensure product success.
- Be responsible for revenue generation and product ROIs.
- Sales/FAE training on market and product line.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and 15+ years of related professional experience. OR
Master’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with 10-12 years of experience. OR
PhD in Science, Marketing, Economic, Accounting, Arts or related fields with 8-10 years of experience.
8+ years high speed optical module experience, familiar optical module vendors
PLM experience, lead team to define and sell new products to customers

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
152,280 - 228,100, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
