BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 1. Four years of experience demonstrating progressively more responsible managerial work, a high degree of interpersonal communication, and analytical skills to adapt and respond to diverse situations unique to the military lifestyle. 2. Must have familiarity with US Marine Corps traditions and customs. 3. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written communications with Camp Commanders, camp activity managers, and senior MCCS management. 4. Must have experience working independently in a fast-paced, suspense-driven work environment. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must possess the ability to lead and manage personnel resources and establish cooperative relationships with military and civilian personnel at all levels. 2. Ability to independently present and defend critical MCCS program decisions to Camp Commanders and patrons, as necessary. 3. Must possess strong customer services skill and be able to tactfully communicate with all levels of the military and civilian community. 4. Knowledge of local command and Marine Corps chain of command, rank structures, directives system and overall military hierarchies as well as the dynamics of special staff member relationships. 5. Skills to operate a personal computer and associated peripherals, to include software used for briefs and presentations and official command communication. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
