JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Senior Program Analyst position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Case and Order Establishment process, reporting to the Business Process Owner. This is a highly responsible position that will serve as team lead, manage the process operational plan, and coordinate projects and activities. Duties also include Business Process Owner activities for assigned processes by providing independent and complex consultative functions and recommending methods of implementing changes and improving the process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Program
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience analyzing Business Process performance measures, process functions and workflows
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience leading teams or coordinating projects involving multiple team members with deadlines
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience making recommendations for process improvements based on research and analysis
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience providing guidance and direction on procedures to team members

PREFERENCES:

  • Two (2) years of experience monitoring and analyzing CAMS CRM or ECC functionality
  • One (1) year of experience teaching, instructing or coaching others

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • An alternative scoring matrix will be used to determine which applicants to interview.
  • This position is part-time telework eligible after training and an acceptable level of proficiency is reached.
  • This position can be located at any CSP service site within the state.

SALARY: $57,457.92 - $80,595.72 / annually
