In this role, you will provide administrative support to the VP US Sales & Service, CAS and CRM and be a key member of this leadership team. This position coordinates and supports processes and projects while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic environment. Daily activities include ongoing interaction with all levels of employees, as well as with customers, vendors, visitors and candidates. We are looking for someone who brings initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • As a trusted partner, coordinate and manage complex calendars and meetings and prioritize schedules to maximize VP productivity

  • Provide coordination and support for projects and processes, working with cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and timely follow-up.

  • Support and manage confidential communications and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings, including offsites and special events.

  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting

  • Assist with compiling data, reports, and tracking of information

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with peers, internal stakeholders and customers

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced practical knowledge within a relevant discipline typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education:

  • Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following skills, experiences, and certifications.

  • Experience supporting projects and managing multiple priorities

  • Previous experience working with or supporting commercial organization

  • Problem solving mind set with high attention to detail

  • Excellent communications and organizational skills

  • Flexible and agile in a constantly changing environment

  • Strong initiative, resourcefulness and ability to work independently

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with executive leaders and executive assistants

  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Concur (Expense & Travel), Ariba

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
