Our people solutions span the entire employee journey, from salary payment to attracting, rewarding, and developing talent.</p><p></p><p>What do we have to offer?</p><p>· Medical insurance fully paid by SD Worx</p><p>· Flexible pay package</p><p>· Allowances for transport, internet, and mobile (more information available during the interview)</p><p>· A dynamic environment: flexible working hours and working from home – everything is negotiable</p><p>· Laptop, equipment provided, and many more! • 25 days of leave on a full-time basis • Workation • Learning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional training • Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or you want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx!</p><p>· All leaves are granted as from day 1!</p><p></p><p>What do you have to offer?</p><p>· Significant SAP delivery management with a focus on Change and Release Management</p><p>· Proficiency in SAP Transport management</p><p>· Strong understanding of SAP and IT change/release management processes</p><p>· +7 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment (design, development, deployment, SAP architecture).</p><p>· You have solid interpersonal and strong communication skills</p><p>· Ability to manage different stakeholders, ability to coach team members</p><p>§ Experience in international environment</p><p>§ Good written and oral communication skills in English</p><p>§ You have a proven customer experience: ability to interact with clients at all organizational levels in a multi-cultural environment.</p><p>§ Ability to work both independently and within a team</p><p>§ Excellent analytical and persuasive skills</p><p>§ Problem-solving skills and results oriented mindset</p><p>§ You are available to potential travels</p><p></p><p>Which tasks can you expect?</p><p>Transport Management:</p><p>§ Plan and execute Release Management processes and governance</p><p>§ Oversee the transport process within SAP, ensuring timely and accurate movement of changes across landscapes.</p><p>§ Collaborate with development and functional teams to manage transport requests and resolve any issues.</p><p>§ Monitor and optimize transport routes and processes for efficiency.</p><p>§ Liaise with direct and indirect stakeholders</p><p>§ Manage and control all release and change activities, including testing and risk management</p><p>§ Define, maintain and communicate the detailed plan for each release (SAP, SAP addons, other products) for internal SAP landscape as well as customer specific</p><p>§ Co-ordinate integration where necessary</p><p>User Management - Authorizations:</p><p>§ Manage user accounts and authorizations in SAP, ensuring compliance with security policies.</p><p>§ Conduct regular audits of user access and roles to maintain data integrity and security.</p><p>§ Provide support for user-related issues and training on authorization processes.</p><p>Global Framework:</p><p>§ Develop and maintain naming conventions and methodologies for SAP processes.</p><p>§ Ensure that all SAP activities align with the global framework and best practices.</p><p>§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and promote standardized methodologies.</p><p>§ Ensure all procedures/processes are designed, delivered, and latest versions are available for future reference</p><p>§ Drive continuous improvement across SAP Environments</p><p></p><p>From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.</p><p>SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
