- Must be 21 years old or older with a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and four (4) years of full-time direct care experience in behavioral health OR
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health related field; or
- Bachelor’s degree in non-behavioral health related field and at least one (1) year of full-time direct care
- experience in behavioral health; or
- Associate degree in behavioral health related field and two (2) years of full-time direct care experience in behavioral health experience.
- Peer Support Certification highly preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Must have a fingerprint clearance card issued by the AZ Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive one within eight (8) weeks of hire.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid AZ Driver’s License with state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain Copa Health’s acceptable driving requirements.
- TB Test clearance required at the time of hire.
- Participates in outreach, engagement, and re-engagement with a focus on community-based re-engagement, up to and including frequently meeting with members in the community (e.g., hospitals, jails, homes, shelters etc). Follows the outreach workflow established for re-engaging members who have disengaged from treatment.
