People & Culture Product and Process Owner

Our Group P&C team is seeking a People & Culture Product and Process Owner to support our ambitious growth plans. You aim to drive the change and provide hands-on support on all organizational levels in P&C area. Your responsibility is to lead global P&C projects (IT and non-IT) and processes to achieve operational excellence through automation and digitalisation to reduce manual work and mitigate risks within optimal cost levels. You will be creating and executing the vision of P&C toolbox with the goal of having a platform that enables very productive work for everyone, where all tools and processes support working efficiently and creating a seamless employee experience. You will also act as an owner of the P&C business processes roadmap. Your main stakeholders are the Heads of People from all Nortal countries, the Internal Applications team, the Finance team and the Talent Management team, as most of the P&C tools and processes are connected to theirs.   
Nortal’s People & Culture team is very multinational; there are people from ten countries. For this role, we are looking for candidates from Baltics, Ukraine, Poland or Serbia. The ability to travel to Estonia and between other Nortal offices is needed. 

Areas of responsibility:

• P&C business processes governance by determining business needs and to-be status with stakeholders  
• Design business architecture and initial solutions 
• Create a business case, budget, KPI-s, value realization, and risk assessment, aligning it with IT strategy 
• Initiate, manage, run, and implement change-related initiatives as an agile product owner 
• Act as main business service owner and superuser for P&C solutions 
• Ensure that P&C teams are on a good knowledge level about processes and tools 

Required skills and experience:

• Solid experience and deep understanding of P&C core processes and tooling 
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to see beyond the current state 
• Proven project management and change management skills 
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills  
• High attention to detail and appreciation for accuracy 
• A systemic thinker with a strong technical background 
• Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form
