JOB SUMMARY
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is hiring a licensed journeyman plumber to lead their large project install team. If you take pride in great work, mentoring a team to victory, and satisfying customers, consider joining the Benjamin Franklin team. JOB DUTIES
- Coach and lead team to complete weekly commitments of large projects.
- Ensure the job was completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks
- Explains services performed to the client upon completion, ensure client satisfaction with all work before leaving job site
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Maintains cleanliness at work site, and inside and outside vehicles at all times
- Wears shoe coverings on job site and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
- Day shift

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pass background and drug checks
- Job site management and experience
- Field service experience in a residential setting (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills
