Position Specific Description

This role will be supporting the Marketing & Communications Operations team. This job will primarily focus on working closely with the Accounts Payable and Supply Chain teams to handle purchase orders, vendor payments and vendor profiles.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders
• Process Vendor Payments
• Maintain vendor payment tracker
• Set up new vendors
• Update vendor profiles when changes are needed
• Manage communications with vendors
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Conduct all transactions with the highest level of integrity and regard for corporate guidelines
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Excel proficiency

 

Location: This position will be performed remotely until May 19, 2025.  From May 19, 2025 through August 6, 2025, this will be an on-site position at our office in Juno Beach, Florida. 

Job Overview

To be considered for an internship, you must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor’s degree or higher. You must also have a current cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale).

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists department with assigned projects
• Completes challenging projects and assignments
• Presents final project to senior leadership at the end of the internship
• Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school grad / GED
• Maintain active enrollment in a Bachelor or higher degree program
• Maintain cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
