Position:

The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment and onboarding of our subcontractors and work together in a team to ensure insurance and licensing compliance according to our company agreement.

• Ability to recruit and vent potential subcontractors; verify licensing per state requirements.
• Onboard hired subcontractor and aid in the competition of new hire packets.
• Verifying the validity of Insurance of General Liability, Workman’s Compensation, Auto Insurance and Federal Identification Numbers.
• Build relationships with contractors and resolve corporate level complaints.
• Update and maintain the subcontractor’s database.

Requirements

•  Highly efficient written and verbal skills; bilingual in both English and Spanish
• 2-5 years of customer service experience; construction experience preferred but not required
• Must be proficient in data entry and Microsoft office applications
