Your Key Responsibilities
- Manages one or more BEV or Fuel Cell projects according to ASPICE guidelines with external customers for Schaeffler's Thermal Management Systems group.
- Agree on project targets and contents and develop solution concepts with experts based on client requirements.
- Ensure delivery of the projects assigned including all relevant steps, milestones, gateways and resources.
- Monitor project progress in terms of time, costs, quality (TCQ) and derive measures in case of deviations or claims.
- Steer and coordinate lessons learned and ensure proper documentation and project reviews.
- Lead the project team members functionally and coordinate all involved external service providers, resources or stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Successful engineering degree and/or display of sufficient equivalent project management experience
- Good English language skills (German or Spanish is a bonus)
- Profound knowledge of project management methods
- Profound knowledge of project management tools (i.e. Planisware, MS Project, PTC Integrity/Windchill RV&S, SAP, etc.)
- Knowledge of project portfolio management, resource management and risk management
- Basic business management knowledge
- Moderation and presentation techniques
- Good soft skills (communicative, team oriented, ability to deal with conflicts and criticism)
- Ability to manage projects
- Good understanding of financial principles
