We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department with campaign execution, content coordination, and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to the success of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategy
Help manage promotional materials and coordinate logistics for marketing events
Monitor competitor activity and industry news
Draft internal reports and summaries for the marketing team
Maintain and organize project documentation and campaign assets
Support coordination with vendors, agencies, and internal departments
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1+ years of experience in a marketing support role (internships count)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
