Job Summary
Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Antitrust & Competition practice group working from the Washington, D.C. office.
Qualifications
Candidates must have 2-5 years of antitrust experience from a nationally recognized law firm or federal antitrust agency. The ideal candidate will be versatile suitable for deployment on litigation or transactional matters. Candidates with substantial experience with analysis of competition issues in the context of major M&A transactions or substantial discovery experience, and stand-up experience with depositions and court hearings is strongly preferred.
All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organization, writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be members in good standing of the D.C. Bar, or eligible to waive in.
