The Director of Pricing and Promotions leads the development execution of global lifecycle pricing and promotional strategies to meet revenue goals profitably for Warner Bros. Games across all digital storefronts. This role serves as the expert in all things related to digital promotions and lifecycle pricing. The Director leads a team comprised of pricing managers and analysts responsible for maximizing global digital promotional revenue and is accountable for driving continuous improvement in promotional efficiency.  
 

YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:              

  • Lead global promotional strategy, forecasting, analysis and reporting for all digital storefronts to meet revenue goals profitably
  • Identify and anticipate key trends and assess opportunities and risks for pricing strategy development
  • Combine competitor and market knowledge, business logic, rigorous analysis, and strategic perspective to develop evidence-based recommendations for optimizations or changes to existing strategies and pricing frameworks
  • Formulate strategic recommendations based on key findings, communicating takeaways to senior leadership through written and verbal updates
  • Partner with 1P partners on pricing analysis to drive account strategies and joint initiatives and establish functional expertise on platform performance related to pricing and promotions
  • Lead integration with internal partners leveraging pricing data for in game offers, performance measurement or testing initiatives
  • Manage team of analysts to support delivery of recommendations and execution of strategies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:            

  • 10+ years of experience working in a highly analytical or quantitative field, ideally in interactive entertainment or video gaming
  • Strong aptitude for analytics and experience using lift analysis, pricing elasticity and predictive analytics to inform commercial strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives, particularly with executive audiences  
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced, high-exposure environment
  • Strong familiarity with the global gaming landscape
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel and sales/pricing analytics
     

THE NICE TO HAVES:

  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • MBA in finance or related field
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Point
