Job Summary (Any weekday between the hours of 6am and 8pm and open on weekends)

Responsible for performing all activities associated with picking and shipping of orders to members homes and businesses.  These include but are not limited to: Using a digital handheld device to locate and pick merchandise orders from the selling floor, safe navigation of a large picking cart around the club including during club hours, assembly of cardboard boxes, packing of orders in a safe and damage-free manner, moving of pallets of supplies using a pallet jack or other material handling equipment, assisting with the loading of UPS/FedEx trucks, shrink wrapping pallets.  This role requires frequent lifting of merchandise.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by utilizing a handheld digital device to pull merchandise from the selling floor. Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise. Builds boxes, shrink wraps packages, moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.               
• Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
• Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
• Ensures that all orders are picked in a timely manner.
• Works with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.
