Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes, create/review requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Manage reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Up-to-date knowledge on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Perform requirements analysis documenting and communicating the results.
- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Create and produce reports from critical business needs.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
- Drive solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
- Review and direct user acceptance testing.
- Manage projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Oversee and implement business procedures.
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Effectively meeting deadlines and ensuring successful implementations.
- Authoring and/or Review and approval of life cycle deliverables in compliance with the governing regulations and procedures (i.e., URS, FS, DS, Risk Assessment, TM, etc.).
- Perform supporting quality related activities associated with computerized systems including periodic reviews, procedures, defects, test scripts (IQs, UATs, System Tests, PQs etc.) and test runs in HPALM.
- Change management documents (review and approve change requests and supporting documents)
- Experience supporting implementation of computerized systems within a GxP environment either as a CSV and/or Quality lead.
- Represent IT Quality as required through participation and attendance at project team meetings and conference calls
- Ability to complete complex tasks independently
- Ensure tasks are within appropriate SLAs
- Track assignments to completion and report on progress on a regular basis
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or scientific field, or equivalent
- Previous consulting or industry experience.
- Expert using various project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Understanding Business Objectives.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking.
- Programming Languages
- Creation of Reports and Dashboard.
- Database and SQL coding
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and consultative skills.
