Key Responsibilities: 
• Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling in diverse settings under your professional and ethical guidelines. 
• Conduct intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within state regulatory and accreditation standards. 
• Document diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans demonstrating a collaborative approach with your clients. 
 Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, offering feedback on pertinent cases. 
• Ensure timely documentation of services, adhering to applicable standards and best practices. 
 Assist clients through transition processes and complete final correspondences such as summaries and letters. 
• Handle crisis situations effectively and participate in or coordinate emergency services as needed. 
• Represent the agency professionally within the community, maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and clients. 

 

 

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: 
• Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
