Continuous Improvement Leader

McLeod Software is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence across the organization. This high-visibility, relationship-driven role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments. You’ll lead large-scale CI initiatives, coach cross-functional teams, and work directly with leadership to improve processes, productivity, and performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of McLeod’s continuous improvement (CI) strategy aligned with business goals
- Apply CI tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to identify and resolve inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks
- Coach department leaders and frontline staff in CI methodologies and problem-solving techniques
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to build internal CI capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-impact solutions
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of CI initiatives and drive data-informed decisions
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement role (more experience is a plus)
- Strong background in Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships across teams
- Proven success leading CI initiatives that resulted in measurable improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in service-based or technology-driven industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required
