Job Description
You will Support the Finance Manager, Nordics in all key areas of financial management for GfK Nordics Tech & Durables business (2 x legal entities) as well as accounting support to Consumer Panel business within Denmark & Sweden (2 x legal entities) under the terms of the TSA agreement with You Gov. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
You will support four Legal entities with:
- Account Payables (vendor invoices registration, distribution and booking in MEDIUS and Navision
- Vendor Payments and bookings
- Accounts Receivable, follow up on due customer invoices, booking incoming payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly closing – BS account reconciliations
- Ad hoc tasks including office admin assistance for HR, IT and facilities
Your'e good at:
- Preferred system skills:
- MS Navision (essential), Tagetik, Salesforce, MS Office (experienced in Excel and preferably Power Pivot)
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- VAT experience
- Independent and Proactive
- Well structured
- Fluent in Danish, understanding Scandinavian languages
- Company language is English
