(NGP) Change Manager

We want to <strong>create the right opportunities for you.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Task &amp; duties:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Work closely with Program Lead, cross-functional teams, and workstream leads to identify change management items, document achievements, challenges, and future plans.</li> <li>Develop and implement communication initiatives using appropriate technologies and tools to deliver timely and relevant information and resources, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder notification for impacted programs.</li> <li>Create training materials and support delivery of training to affected users.</li> <li>Manage the Release Schedule for the TAC Engine, continuously updating the release backlog.</li> <li>Develop change plans aligning with global and regional delivery roles and responsibilities.</li> <li>Identify, manage, and track change adoption metrics and analytics.</li> <li>Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.</li> <li>Analyze and overcome program risks, particularly those affecting stakeholders and adoption barriers.</li> <li>Establish a scalable and repeatable change management framework to meet growing team needs.</li> <li>Initiate and maintain effective relationships, acting as a trusted change champion and advisor, providing expert change management advice based on emerging business and technology trends.</li> </ul><h3><br/></h3><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>Perfect candidate for the role:</h3><ul> <li>Prior experience in change management and release management roles is a must.</li> <li>The ideal candidate must possess strong facilitation, organization, and communication skills, both written and verba</li> <li>You should be a quick learner, disciplined, and have a strong work ethic, demonstrating the ability to work independently and proactively.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration, along with previous work experience in Engineering/Technology fields or equivalent.</li> <li>Proficiency in SharePoint and Office 365 is required.</li> <li>Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is essential.</li> <li>Having PROSCI Certification is considered a plus.</li> <li>Agile/SAFe/RTE Certification is considered a plus.<br/> </li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3>In return, we offer:</h3><ul> <li> <strong>100-percent remote work</strong>;</li> <li>work with <strong>an experienced team of developers</strong> and continuous development of your hard and soft skills;</li> <li> <strong>dev-friendly processes</strong> such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Code Review and bug bashes;</li> <li>long-term collaboration on <strong>challenging products</strong> (FinTech, B2B software, E-commerce and more).</li> </ul>
