Position Summary

The Digital Enabling Capabilities (EC) Team consists of five functions that support Huron at the enterprise level: Growth Enablement Team/GET (Sales Operations + Sales Enablement), Engagement Assurance, Professional Development, PMO, and Field Enablement & Alliances. This role will be part of the Growth Enablement Team/GET.

The Sales Operations Senior Analyst leverages Huron expertise and Digital capability knowledge to drive growth and strategic sales initiatives across all industries, and EC/GET assigned projects and programs. Additionally, this role provides sales support to general sales requests and will support initiatives such as Reference Program, Competitive Research, Prospect Research.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Digital sales team with prospecting and above-the-funnel activities that drive pursuit strategy and Enabling Capabilities team activities/special projects.

  • Oversee Data Governance tasks that are completed Off-Shore, including training off-shore team to complete these tasks.

  • Support Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Reference Edge users with their questions / troubleshooting / etc.

  • Own sales intake process by triaging assignments submitted; troubleshoots when capacity is limited to meet most pressing business needs.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce to provide sellers and leadership valuable information.

  • Support leadership with creating insightful presentations around our Sales KPIs.

  • Facilitate Sales Credit approval process.

  • Manage and oversee Digital and enterprise initiatives, adhere to team policies, manage capacity and resourcing. Support GET Lead with requirements and design and lead UAT Testing.

  • Coordinate broadly with internal groups on sales strategy and operational needs (e.g. Marketing, Growth Enablement Teams, Salesforce SMES, Operations, Staffing, Training)

  • Use software solutions used to track market activity such as ZoomInfo.

  • Own and maintain client reference usage, permissions leveraging Salesforce / Reference Edge tool.

  • Manage competitor analysis / intel process (includes getting FOIAs, conducting won/loss reviews).

  • Identify and provide training opportunities for sellers and leadership team.

  • Research current and prospective accounts in targeted industries.

  • Remains current with Digital trends and is familiar with our vendor partner network.

  • Collaborate with Solution (Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc) Sales Lead to drive better sales strategy and sales process efficiency; responsible for sales operations team support of assigned Portfolio Team(s).

A successful candidate will be able to manage a variety of tasks with deadlines and people. This role will support the Digital sales team by monitoring, and assisting with sales process compliance, and working with sales leaders to maximize sales efforts, results and contribute to strategic development.

Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs) and Background:                                                

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant business experience, Digital Capability experience preferred

  • Professional services and Digital Capability background or experience preferred

  • Candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous US or Canada – note this in a non-billable role with limited travel required.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to coordinate internal staff, resources, and tasks

  • Strong project manager with ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines and with a focus on high quality and attention to detail
