Director, Market Access Pricing and Operations

Job Description

We are seeking a Director, Market Access Pricing and Operations to join our US Market Access Team. This role is responsible for the operational components of trade and channel distribution, contracting, and pricing. You will collaborate with various departments, including Field Access, Brand Marketing, Commercial Insights and Operations, Compliance, Supply Chain, QA, Legal, and Finance, to support the organization in meeting its access, pricing, contracting, and operational objectives across various therapeutic areas

What You'll Do

• Develop and analyze models to support forecasting, Gross to Net (GTN), government and commercial pricing, and concession strategies
• Collaborate with State Transparency Vendor to ensure compliance with all price reporting obligations
• Support Market Access Team and Legal in drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts
• Manage day-to-day interactions and operations with 3PL distribution partner in the US
• Lead projects/initiatives addressing changing customer and market requirements

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Twelve or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in competitive markets
