Senior Manager Digitalization

Job Responsibilities

The Senior Manager Digitalization is part of the Americas regional leadership team responsible to propose, support and track the MANN+HUMMEL digital transformation globally with specific focus on the NA-AF cluster manufacturing plants. Under the leadership of the cluster VP Operations you monitor and support the digital program progress and derive insights to support informed decisions of the cluster VP in alignment with the global Digital OPS Leadership organization. 

 

- Manage, evaluate, review, track and report project activity and deliverables across all action fields or specific focus areas assigned to the Digital Transformation Manager
- Maintain transparency on value creation over time and ensure operational progress by best practice transfer among different action fields / programs
- Define, track and report suitable KPIs and OKRs to measure MANN+HUMMEL´s success in its digital transformation
- Develop and run communication platforms, identify needs on change management and communication and support the roll-out of companywide communication campaigns to accelerate acceptance of digitalization throughout the organization

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business economics, IT or related field or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree

Experience Requirements

- 5 years experience with managing transformation projects with agile methods, such as Scrum, for effective project management within a manufacturing environment

Skills Requirements

- Expertise in managing, evaluating, and reporting on project activities and deliverables
- Ability to support and track digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing plants
- Skilled in defining and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Proficient in developing communication platforms and supporting change management initiatives
- Excellent communicator and presenter within cross-functional, international teams
- Agile mindset focused on customer needs and delivering results, with a strong affinity for digitalization

- Ability to travel up to 40%, domestically/internationally

Preferred Skills

- Certificates within project management, agile and etc
- SAP (ERP Software experience)
