THE JOB:

As the Jia General Manager, you'll lead and inspire the team at our award-winning Asian restaurant Jia. You'll drive operational and financial success, optimize reservations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Join us to create unforgettable dining moments while maintaining top-notch facilities and service.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch service, productivity, and profitability.
• Co-own the restaurant's business plan with the Executive Chef, driving short-term and long-term success.
• Execute and enforce policies, procedures, pricing, training, menus, and company-wide initiatives.
• Interact frequently with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the Chef and culinary team for an exceptional dining experience.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the venue’s food & beverage products, menu items, and equipment.
• Drive marketing strategies and optimize reservation channels to maximize covers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21+
• Leads daily operations, inspires, and motivates the team, and ensures top-notch service and productivity.
• Has the courage to make tough decisions knows when to stop assessing and make a decisive call.
• Ensures satisfaction and promptly addressing concerns for a memorable dining experience.
• Works seamlessly with their team.
• Committed to growth and development and see others do the same.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in Restaurant Management.
• Two (2) or more years of prior relevant General Manager experience.
