Aftermarket Sales Representative

Serpa Packaging Solutions is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our Aftermarket team. In this role, you will drive sales of aftermarket products and services, maintain relationships with existing customers, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective support and follow-up.  This role combines the responsibility of sales and customer support while focusing on identifying sales opportunities within Serpa’s existing customer base.

Requirements:

• Help manage the inside sales process including proactive lead generation, Sales Visit Scheduling, and development of proposals.
• Effectively promote aftermarket machine parts/kits/upgrades by analyzing customer’s existing machinery and potential needs.
• Work closely with AM Parts Sales Manager and Director of Aftermarket to ensure all data is collected and accurate for the quoting process.
• Process sales leads and maintain the Salesforce database with all contacts and inquiries, report on data as requested.
• Assist Am Parts Sales Manager in preparation and presentation of Quotations and customer visits.
• Processes all levels of order entry, including contact, research, quoting, pricing, communications, and follow-up.
• Implements and trains Aftermarket Services staff on ERP and other relevant business systems.
• Works independently under limited supervision, requiring normal guidance and review.
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Other responsibilities as requested by management.

Desired Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of fabrication experience (carpentry experience highly desired)
• Experience working with plastics (such as lexan) desired
• Experience using measuring, hand, and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Blueprint and mechanical schematic reading capabilities
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Hourly Range: $24.00 - $29.00
