What is this opportunity?

As a Clinical Writing Expert, you will serve as an important contributor to the clinical analysts team at Eleos Health, reporting directly to the Clinical Analyst Team Lead. In this capacity, you will leverage your experience to support and expand our cutting-edge AI models that require high-quality clinical data to enhance their performance. Your primary responsibility will be to create exemplary clinical record notes, primarily in the DAP format, to train and refine our AI-based summarizing models.

You are a clinician with considerable experience working with diverse clients, you possess exceptional skills in writing clinical notes. Your mastery of the English language and extensive vocabulary of therapy-related terminologies enable you to convey complex ideas with clarity and precision. You are excited about opportunities for professional development and constantly seek avenues to expand your clinical knowledge. You possess a sound understanding of evidence-based therapies and their applications in the context of mental health practice. Your strong work ethics is evident in your diligent and meticulous approach to details. As an independent and responsible individual, you demonstrate a remarkable ability to effectively handle ambiguous tasks with ease and confidence.

How will you contribute?

As a member of our team, your core responsibility will be to generate high-quality clinical record notes by effectively summarizing therapeutic content. The notes you create will be delivered to our data science team, enhancing the overall quality of the notes we provide. Your commitment to delivering superior quality work will be crucial in ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering direct care to clients and writing sessions’ progress notes.
• Strong understanding of clinical language and terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Available to work 10 hours per week, at least once a week morning hours.
• Work as a consultant

Some nice to haves are

• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other clinical documentation tools
• Availability to participate in a Zoom meeting on Monday mornings
