Reporting to one of two Program Directors, you will collaborate with a team of Program Managers and Program Coordinators to provide staff training and supervision, program design and scheduling support, parent communication and engagement initiatives, and deliver high-quality programs across New York City.

This role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills who thrives in diverse communities and a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Camp Director for a day camp or residential camp for 2+ seasons, along with 3+ years of experience in multi-site management in youth development and education-based settings.
