Your work supporting supply chain and logistics at GDIT will power global missions and your long-term career growth.</p><p></p><p>MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT<br/>As a Senior Logistics Analyst, you will play a critical leadership role within GDIT’s Supply Chain organization. In this position, you will oversee a team of logisticians and drive operational excellence across procurement requisitioning, forecasting, and the end‑to‑end order lifecycle. You will guide daily execution, shape process improvements, and ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness for all order planning activities that support our Government customer’s mission.<br/>This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional supply chain groups.<br/>Key Responsibilities<br/>• Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for procurement requisitioning, order planning, forecasting, and fulfillment activities.<br/>• Oversee the preparation, review, and maintenance of procurement documentation, including purchase requisitions and supporting materials.<br/>• Manage demand forecasting and order planning processes to ensure alignment with program requirements, contractual obligations, and inventory strategies.<br/>• Ensure accurate evaluation of all incoming orders for completeness, correctness, funding validation, and compliance with customer and contract requirements.<br/>• Partner closely with Procurement, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Warehouse Operations, and Program Management to resolve issues, remove barriers, and support on‑time delivery.<br/>• Establish and monitor team performance metrics to drive accountability, improve accuracy, and increase overall operational efficiency.<br/>• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and program leadership to provide status updates, highlight risks, and ensure requirement clarity.<br/>• Champion data accuracy, process discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning quality, reduce cycle times, and strengthen supply chain predictability.<br/>• Support audit readiness and ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.<br/> </p><p><br/>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED<br/>Bring your supply chain and logistics expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Logistics Analyst Senior must have:<br/>● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science <span>required with a concentration in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Operations preferred. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
