Role reports to: Head of HR, North America Operations
Location: Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 10-15
Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What you will do
The HR Leader, Global Operations is a key member of both the Global and NA Operations People team and is responsible for the support and deployment of the portfolio of HR work in support of business goals and regional/company talent strategies. This role will actively lead and support priority initiatives and projects driving our Global Operations business and talent agenda. This role is critical in executing our people and transformation initiatives and will support the Operations function through coaching, talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deploy the People agenda for the respective organizations, aligned with HR, business, and shared services strategies; Ensure integration of HR priorities into business plans
- Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e.g., assess effectiveness, identify gaps)
- Work closely with business partners to ensure seamless strategic management of the organization
- Identify critical business capability needs and partner with business leaders to develop and execute appropriate strategies to strengthen the organization
- Identify talent needs of the business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis
- Develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and region strategies to implement within country/cluster
