About the Job:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned designs across various mediums, including print materials, advertisements, marketing collateral and digital platforms. This role will translate strategic objectives into engaging visual content that effectively communicates messages to target audiences. The roles requires a strong understanding of design principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Performance expectations include producing high-quality, on-brand visuals, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, adhering to project timelines, and continuously contributing creative ideas that enhance the company’s visual identity and marketing impact. Adaptability, consistency, and a commitment to excellence in design execution are key to success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create compelling visuals for digital and print venues, including brochures, flyers, ads, social media graphics, web banners, email campaigns, presentations, infographics, and signage.

• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.

• Develop templates and visual standards to streamline content creation.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns and visual storytelling approaches.

• Translate strategic objectives into design solutions that are visually appealing and effective.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output that meets deadlines.

• Prioritize assignments based on business needs and marketing calendar.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders including marketing team members, product, and leadership teams to ensure visual content aligns with overall strategy.

• Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate designs based on stakeholder input.

• Prepare files for both print and digital production with an understanding of file formats, resolution, color space, and output specifications.

• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and software updates.

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or a related field required.

• Two or more years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and capabilities.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Familiarity with web design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.

• This position is on-site at the Company’s headquarters in Franklin, TN and is not a remote position.
