Senior Specialist Digital Marketing & Social Media (m/f/d)

 

In this interesting role, you will ensure state-of-the-art online communication and advertising for AT&S.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, track, and optimize digital lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. social media, display advertising, account-based marketing, email marketing)

• Work closely with sales to align goals, content and process leads
• Develop, structure, design and implement content for ads, landing pages and content materials based on customer needs
• Set up campaigns, landing pages, emails and customer journeys in the CRM tool including qualifying the leads for sales
• Effectively connect the brand to customers and other stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with digital marketing agencies and consultants, as well as programmers and internal IT
• Measure and report on the performance of website, all digital marketing campaigns and social media channels
• Develop content plans, create and publish content on all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
• Coordinate social media activities with communications teams in other locations
• Develop and implement SEO improvements to increase the search ability of the company, products and solutions on Google

Your Profile

• BA in online marketing, eCommerce or other similar field or profound online marketing & social media training and experience 

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in/as Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager in a global role 

• Good knowledge of performance marketing

• Know-how in using social media channels, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Admanager, Account Based Marketing, Google Analytics & Co. 

• Knowledge of CRM systems 

• Basic Wordpress skills

• Analytical and conceptual skills 

• Good project management 

• Independent and reliable way of working as well as team player with strong hands-on mentality

• Very good command of English and German language

• Strong communication skills

Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
