Senior Project Manager, Marketing Operations (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is passionate about driving operational excellence to join our growing Marketing Operations team. You will be responsible for leading and tracking multiple high impact initiatives, as well as optimizing our processes with work allocation and sprint planning. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, be highly collaborative, and be able to interact with multiple teams and manage change at all levels.

What You'll Do: 

• Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations leads to prioritize and execute strategic projects aligned with ezCater’s goals
• Lead multiple initiatives from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scope, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Utilize Agile methodology principles and practices for planning, managing, and delivering solutions
• Schedule and facilitate stand ups events, meetings, and decision-making processes
• Analyze and communicate project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to enable the sales organization to operate more effectively 
• Establish and maintain relationships with cross functional stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Come up with innovative solutions to solve complex problems

What You Have: 

• 5+ years experience successfully leading and executing projects 
• Experience in Agile Methodology in a marketing environment
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tool
• Passion for creating order from chaos
• Top notch organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Team player
• Experience in a SaaS sales environment a plus

The national cash compensation range for this role is $94,000-$129,000 annually*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
