Service Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager where you will manage employees and resources of a branch office in an effective and efficient manner within Credit Union policies.

Pay: Salaried position based on experience.

• The Day to Day:

• Support branch manager and staff to meet assigned goals for new member development and cross-selling of Service CU products.

• Supervise the operation of a branch office exercising good principles of organization, prioritization, and personnel management.

• Maintains sufficient skills in all branch positions and be prepared to assume any position necessary to the operation of the branch office.

• Balance daily business (individual, ATM and branch) in U.S. dollars and Foreign Currency

• Supervise or perform proper correction procedures for member accounts

• Other duties as required

• Experience and Qualifications:

• Only open to US Citizens.

• Communicates effectively in a clear, concise manner both orally and in writing.

• Works independently and is able to perform position duties with little or no supervision.

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous management or supervisory experience.

• Minimum of one year financial experience required.
