About the role

Work Schedule

60% FTE, 24 hours/week. 8 or 12-hour evening/night shifts scheduled between the hours of 3:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Weekend rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.  

 

Pay:

UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay.

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to: 

  • Provide direct support to the House Supervisors and inpatient nursing units.
  • Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs.
  • Assign Flexible Resource staff to fill current daily inpatient nursing needs.

Education:

Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred – Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field

 

Work Experience:

Minimum – One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field

Preferred –

  • Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function 
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
