Every day, you’ll be diving deep into market dynamics, strategic planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that Volotea’s route network is optimized for growth. 

Your insights and decisions will directly impact our expansion and the opportunities we bring to small and mid-sized cities across Europe.

What you’ll do as a Network strategy senior analyst:

- Strategic growth planning: Your role will involve analyzing market data, identifying opportunities for expansion, and helping to craft the long-term strategy for Volotea’s network. 

You’ll be at the center of our decision-making process, driving growth and positioning us as a leader in connecting European cities.

- Collaborate across teams: You’ll work closely with teams such as Revenue Management, Scheduling, and Operations to make sure that the strategy is aligned with the company’s overall vision.

- Data-driven decision making: You’ll thrive by working with data to understand market performance, competitor strategies, and route optimization.

Who is this role perfect for?

- You have a degree in aerospace engineering or aerospace management, ideally with some professional experience in the aviation or airline industry. This could include exposure to aeronautical operations, network planning, or business management. You’re ready to build on your experience, take on more responsibility, and make a bigger impact.

- You’re a data enthusiast, capable of extracting insights from complex data sets and transforming them into clear, actionable strategies. Your Excel and PowerPoint skills are second to none, and you know how to use data to tell compelling stories.

- Time management is your strength—you’re skilled at juggling multiple tasks with tight deadlines, and you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity while staying focused on your goals.

- You communicate with confidence, whether you’re presenting to internal teams or negotiating with external partners. You know how to listen, persuade, and adapt your message to your audience.

- You’re fluent in English (our working language) and if you also speak Spanish, French, or Italian, it will make your life easier when dealing with partners across Europe.
