We are looking to add a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to our team!  

LOCATION: Remote 

REPORTS TO: Chief Human Resources Officer 

PAY: $145,000/ annually 

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:  

• Lead configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Absence, etc.) 

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver effective system solutions. 

• Manage Workday system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party platforms. 

• Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies. 

• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and metrics for HR and business stakeholders. 

• Train users and provide support on Workday functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting to the support center and field operations teams. 

• Serve as project lead for HRIS-related initiatives, including new module implementations and process improvements. 

• Stay current on Workday releases and emerging functionality to drive continuous improvement. 

REQUIREMENTS:  

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 

• Minimum 5+ years HRIS experience, with 3+ years direct Workday system experience. 

• Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, Business Process Framework, EIBs, and Security administration. 

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex system projects and provide analytical insights. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 

• Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Pro or Partner credentials) preferred 

• Experience with Workday integrations and tools like Studio or Prism Analytics preferred 

• Familiarity with HR process design, data governance, and compliance is preferred.
