The Sr. Security Supervisor will support the Air Dominance Sub-Strategic Business Unit and Global Security Services Center of Excellence leadership in direct support of National Security and contractual requirements for Special Programs based on 32 CFR – Part 117, DoDM 5205.07 series, JSIG, and ICD-705. You will directly manage/supervise entry level security professionals and will be the focal point for all security related tasks and matters in their assigned program(s).
What You Will Do
- Maintain the oversight and implementation of contractual security requirements for classified program areas.
- Manage security professionals to include scheduling, coaching, training, and evaluating performance.
- Partner with personnel across functional organizations in support of business objectives, while ensuring compliance with US Government and Raytheon Company directives and policies.
- Develop and implement local SOPs, processes, procedures, and Job Operating Instructions to ensure continually high compliance levels and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with and assist the ISSO / ISSM on implementation of JSIG requirements and approved sanitization procedures for hardware and test equipment.
- Inspect, prepare for accreditation, and maintain secure facilities in accordance with ICD 705 standards.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience in industrial security Or an advanced degree and 3 years related experience. relevant experience is required.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Value:

- Prior experience with DoD Program Security
- Related training with Defense Security Service, Center for Development of Security Excellence or equivalent security certification programs.
