Job Description

We’re offering first-year MBA students from IESE Business School a one-of-a-kind opportunity to dive into the world of consulting as MBA Summer Associates at any of our global offices.

Over 8 to 12 weeks, you’ll become an essential part of a dynamic consulting team, working on real client projects and gaining valuable hands-on experience. You’ll get a true feel for our culture and whether Roland Berger is the right fit for you.
Standout performers will have the chance to secure a full-time role.

• Prior experience in strategic work – ideally in the geographical market you would like to join
