This team plays a key role in identifying and understanding potential customers’ needs and helping them enhance their loyalty and promotions strategies, contributing directly to their business growth.</p> <p>You will gain essential skills in managing a territory, using data intelligence to identify and prioritize target accounts, and creative effective email outreach and making outbound prospect phone calls. Additionally, you will learn how to engage with C-suite prospects, coordinate cross-departmental efforts, and showcase the value of Talon.One, and qualify for early-stage deals.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Research accounts strategically and create effective communication plans using multiple channels (Phone, Email, LinkedIn, video, etc.).</li> <li>Work alongside top-tier professionals in Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships in an environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and collaboration.</li> <li>Engage with C-suite decision-makers and play a central role in discussing their business goals, loyalty and promotions strategy, as well as marketing challenges/opportunities.</li> <li>Work across a wide range of industries within the UKI, Nordic & Benelux, expanding your expertise and broadening your impact.</li> <li>Access to cutting-edge sales and marketing technology that will support your success, including Salesforce, Gong, Crossbeam, Qualified Chatbot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.</li> <li>These will be your KPIs: <ul> <li>Source and qualify opportunities to meet individual quotas.</li> <li>Bring exciting new clients to Talon.One’s customer base.</li> <li>Achieve success through personalized outreach, setting meetings, and conducting thorough discovery and qualification</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:</strong></p> <ul> &l
