Job Specifics: The Family Support Partner supports the mission of Gemma Services by providing hope and healing through high quality mental health, educational, and supportive services for at-risk, vulnerable children and their families. The Family Support Partner will implement the Family Check Up and Everyday Parenting model to fidelity and connect families with needed resources and referrals. This role is responsible for initiating and maintaining regular contact/support with families. The Family Support Partner provides coaching, skill building, hope, connections, and linkages. The caseload size for a Family Support Partner will range from 20-21 open cases at a time.

1-2 years' experience in a related field required. Home visiting and coaching experience with community resource connections is preferred. Must have experience in providing services to children and their families, an ability to establish trusting relationships; and an ability to navigate challenging situations. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
