Role Summary
This job opportunity is for the Global Security Services (GSS) Business Operations Manager at Raytheon Company. This position will be at a US based Raytheon location to be determined and is flexible based on the selected candidate. The GSS Business Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team responsible for creation and management of the GSS budget to include GSS annual operating plan (AOP), long range plan (LRP), capital planning, and purchase orders, additionally this individual owns the AOP direct and indirect headcount allocation and works closely with cross function teams to ensure GSS business objections are met. Included in this role is the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing systems and they will own the execution of long-term strategy for GSS systems across the United States. The individual will also perform other duties as assigned. This position will require travel as needed.
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for managing support to over 1400 Global Security Services (GSS) personnel for internal/external security awareness training & education (SATE) which includes on-line training content creation and management, employee security awareness bulletins and newsletters, and tracking of completion to ensure security compliance requirements are being met.
- Lead the GSS team responsible for 20+ security systems which are critical for GSS compliance and execution of security processes to enable business operations.
- Own and develop internal GSS communications for GSS organization to include the GSS webpage and GSS hub and be responsible for creation and tracking of GSS metrics and OSC control tower submissions.
- Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
- Active In-Scope Top Secret security clearance - (Please note the current, final clearance must have an investigation not older than 6 years on the first day of employment – confirmed prior to interview).
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Degree major in Criminal Justice, or other related field of study
- Possess a final TS/SCI security clearance with an investigation not older than 6 years on the first day of employment.
