Position Description 

As a key member of Strider’s Security Team reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will continue the development of the insider risk program. You will be responsible for refining, policies, training materials, and proactive risk management processes that align with industry best practices and ensures Strider’s insider risk program remains a strategic advantage. Our team leverages transparency, trust, and innovation to elevate our insider risk program through partnership and professionalism.

Strider seeks an insider risk expert who is ready to take ownership of an established but evolving program. You have a clear vision for effective insider risk management but remain adaptable, working cross-functionally to enhance our security posture in alignment with business goals. You are an emerging leader with an opinion about the best way to get things done while retaining the flexibility to adapt your vision to incorporate the perspective of your peers to enable mission success. 

Your duties 

• Oversee and mature Strider’s counterintelligence, insider threat, and third-party risk (CI/ITP/TPR) programs as well as workplace violence and physical security 
• Maintain and refine an insider risk strategy that aligns with corporate objectives 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People Operations, Legal, IT, and Security, etc., to enforce policies and maintain a secure work environment 
• Develop policies, processes, and technologies to detect, investigate, and mitigate risks associated with employees, contractors, and third-party partners 
• Conduct internal investigations, and forensic analysis on potential cases involving suspicious activity, data exfiltration and/or workplace misconduct 
• Develop and establish a case management system to document all engagements/investigations/etc.  
• Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of insider risk controls
