As the Senior Category Manager- Resale Products & Multivendor Spare Parts you will be responsible for establishing, managing and improving all aspects of strategically sourced third-party hardware solutions and services. Your overall goal will be to maximize value, improve margin and create the best practice synergies. In this role you will continuously develop supplier relationships and improve relevant internal and external processes. You will work in a global team and engage with operations, production, sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing alignment and support of category management or new product introduction goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to bid on high value critical projects involving third party products & services. 
  • Support the sales in terms of third-party product finalizations & pricing input thereby increasing the number of bidding possibilities to drive revenue increase.
  • Develop and manage sourcing strategies for ATM spare parts across multiple OEMs and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure parts compatibility, lifecycle support, and obsolescence planning for diverse ATM models and technologies. Partner with engineering and technical teams to evaluate new parts, refurbishments, and alternative sourcing options.
  • Develop and execute category plans to drive improvements in supplier quality, total cost effectiveness, supplier service levels, coordination, delivery, pricing, lead-times, payments and risk mitigation.
  • Support team and cross-functional efforts focused on end-to-end development and management of assigned categories.
  • Contribute to category profile, strategy and sourcing plan development.
  • Participating in negotiations, developing and leveraging advanced negotiating capabilities.
  • Participate in category review meetings with team and business partners to help ensure alignment and shared understanding of strategies, cost management objectives, supplier criteria and related considerations.
  • Update and maintain price and related information within the ERP system.
  • Utilize reporting tools to assist with control / realization of total cost objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 + years of relevant experience (ideally in purchasing IT hardware, resale goods in Retail environment & Repair services) or equivalent combination of education and experience in supply chain management, information technology or business management 
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and contract management skills
  • Trading goods, bids and tenders experience with spare parts / IT hardware
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to make timely and sound decisions under pressure
  • Strong business acumen and commitment to our valued system of business ethics
  • Business English skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools and Oracle

Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience
